Pastor Leo operates with an apostolic and prophetic anointing speaking and demonstrating a word in season. Pastor Leo is called to minister healing and hope to hurting people. From prosperity, to divine healing, he teaches God's word
uncompromisingly and with passion. He is also the Director of Men of Standard a ministry empowering men to govern
and guide according to the principals of God’s word. In September 2003, he was named an ambassador for peace and a participant in the world peace prayer rally in Jerusalem and New York City.

Co-Pastor Cynthia Standley is an anointed woman of God called to minister to hurting women. Co-Pastor Cynthia is a woman of faith and great insight. She heads the Women of Destiny fellowship, “Releasing women into their purpose” through
love and healing, addressing the unique challenges, and experiences that women encounter.
Pastor Leo and Co-Pastor Cynthia’s mission is to inspire people to find their purpose and God's plan for their lives.
While teaching and empowering the body of Christ with knowledge and understanding of the word, they are able to lead with understanding and impact.
Our Story
Apostle Leo and Cynthia Standley were childhood sweethearts who have been married 52 years and have 4 children, 12 Grandchildren, and 2 Great - Grandchildren.

Apostle Leo Standley was called to the ministry in 1976 with a passion for winning souls through street crusades and according to Revelation 14:15 to “thrust in the sickle and reap for the time has come for us to reap; for the harvest of the
earth is ripe”.
As a young couple God groomed them into Shepherds of his flock evangelizing and preaching the gospel of Jesus Christ.
The Call of Pastoring could not go unanswered, and the vision of Reaping the Harvest Ministries Church was birthed on February 4, 1996, with just their families and a few friends.
In May of 1996, according to I Corinthians 12:28, he received the consecration and elevation to Apostleship by his covenant Pastor, the late Apostle Lawrence E. Braggs
